Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Session Cancellations

We respect your time and energy, and we ask that you respect ours. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or modify your session (Reiki, Meditation, or Hosting Consult). Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

2. Session Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before your originally scheduled time via the link provided in your confirmation email.

3. Retail Shop Returns

Because our jewelry and artwork are handcrafted and ritually cleansed specifically for the recipient, we do not accept returns on shop items. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or repair.

4. Custom Commissions

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin work on custom art or jewelry commissions. If you decide to cancel the commission before completion, the deposit is forfeited to cover material and energy costs.
